4.Verification effect: In view of the technical requirements for the application of high-temperature packer rubber cartridges, the United Nations National Institute of Fluorine Materials jointly developed the material, and successfully passed the acceptance in the gas injection thermal recovery of Shengli oilfield: The material has a temperature resistance of ≥350℃ and a pressure resistance of ≥70mpa during the gas injection; after 20 days of gas injection, the product was successfully unsealed, the shape of the rubber cartridge was intact without damage, and the outer diameter and size did not change.
