Expansion packer rubber tube

According to the working conditions of the oilfield, special rubber cylinders for downhole expansion packer expansion in case of water, expansion in case of high mineralization water, expansion in case of oil, and double expansion packer in case of oil and high mineralization water have been developed.

Expansion principle: When the expanded rubber is in contact with an oil-based medium and a water-based medium, the oil and water molecules enter the rubber through physical effects such as capillary diffusion and surface adsorption, forming a strong binding force with the oil-absorbing material or water-absorbing material in the polymer. The molecular structure in the rubber continuously absorbs the medium and elastic deformation occurs.When the deformation resistance and the osmotic pressure of the medium reach a relative balance, the deformation reaches a stable state, and then the expansion seal is achieved.
