Piston

The piston is divided into type i piston (universal type) and Type II piston (mainly suitable for ceramic cylinder liner pumps) according to the structure; it is divided into rubber type and polyurethane type according to the main material.The products are all manufactured using advanced technology and unique rubber formula, reasonable structural design and scientific processing technology.

1.Main purpose: It is used for grouting and circulation of drilling mud pumps, and it is also suitable for other equipment with similar functions.It is used to press mud, water and other media.

2.Applicable conditions: pressure ≤30Mpa, impulse ≤120 times/min, pH value 5-14, temperature≤100℃.

3.Executive standard: Q/0500SCX008-2012, API spec 7K.

4.Specifications and models: φ70mm~φ200mm full range of piston assemblies.
