O-ring production and processing technology
1.Product mold design and development, reasonable ranking, and calculation of the shrinkage rate of the rubber O-ring. Under normal circumstances, the shrinkage of the silicone o-ring is 1.03, and the shrinkage of the rubber O-ring is 1.018, but the formula and hardness will have an impact on this value. After the mold is opened, try the mold first, measure the product and check the drawings.
2.Vulcanize and form the O-shaped sealing ring, adjust the mold temperature, molding time, mold closing force, hydraulic pressure, mold opening method, etc.
3.Remove the burrs of the O-shaped sealing ring, especially the mold closing line, and clean up the burrs.
4.Clean with water, and at the same time repeatedly clean the cleaned O-ring.
5.For secondary vulcanization, the temperature and vulcanization time must be controlled. The temperature of the o-shaped sealing ring of different materials is different for secondary vulcanization.
6.Cooling the O-ring, because the O-ring has undergone high-temperature secondary vulcanization and the temperature is higher, you must wait for 1 hour before doing the next process.
7.For the full inspection of each O-ring, the quality controller should check the size, appearance, hardness, oil resistance, temperature resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, tensile strength, elongation at break, low temperature brittleness temperature, compression deformation and other performance parameters of the O-ring one by one.
8.Packaging, shipping, and quantity are counted by precise electronic scales, and the data accuracy rate is very high.
